SUMMARY OF ISRACA GUIDING PRINCIPLES OF APPROACH & OPERATIONS :
ISRACA is not against Islam as a religion. Nor is this in any way, an effort to ridicule it
in it’s entirely. Nor is this an effort to compare or endorse any other form of religion as
preference against Islam. This is about the conduct of how, through devious and
probably through objective motivations of interest for particular groups of Islamic
clerics violate the fundamental human rights of powerless sectors of the Muslim
society and minority non-moslems living among them. Such conduct, dubbed as
"Islamic" perhaps in some instances, in contradiction to the Koran itself. Since there
are no standard principle’s of Islamic Sharia laws and all are subject to interpretations
at the whims of ignorant and violent Islamic clerics who have diverse motivations, from
power-grabbing to control of the lives of others, use Islamic Sharia as a convenient
method of abusing others weak. Or present and impose cruel medieval Arab
traditions as Islamic laws in Africa . Africans because it is the weakest, poorest and
where the most destitute people on the planet live. Islamic Sharia therefore, starting
from the personal level, family level to the national level and continental level is
harshly imposed upon and harshly applies to the weak and poor only. Mainly women
and the financially destitute, the unarmed and powerless people’s of the earth. No one
else. And specially, Islamic Sharia does not apply to the rich, the armed and the
politically powerful.
Until such time that Islamic Sharia laws are revised, standardized and made to conform
and perform fair equal justice to all affected, ISRACA remains committed to reject and
pursue all applicable non-violent efforts to abolish it in Africa. This is our goal.
ISRACA, in partnership with non-violent, law abiding and moderate progressive
Moslems around the globe and especially in Africa intends to eliminate injustices
committed against the weak in the name of Islam. It must be noted that all human
beings including peaceful Moslems are fully entitled to self defence. Self defence of
Moslem women and Moslem children against emotional, physical and spiritual
terrorism is a right they are entitled to.
Human beings are naturally empowered and distinctly programmed to “question”
others. Unanswered questions remain valid impressions. Unjustified notions remain
constraining objective reality which instantly creates objection until clarified. ISRACA’s
approach is to address aspects of Islamic Sharia that have profound negative impact
on the social development, family virtues and values that are inherently defective and
Arabic culture and are conspicuously imposed on Africans. Wahabi cultures that
target especially women which hampers them from enjoying rights and freedoms they
are entitled to, and that decriminalizes pursuing personal potential, creativity and
happiness as well as criminalizing appreciations of a participatory and productive
female life for self support and independence from others. Criminalizing pursuit of
happiness is not only unacceptable but barbaric and incompatible with norms and
forms of modern life.
Much of Islamic Sharia serves confusion and injustice over the powerless and
legalization of violating their fundamental human rights as expressed in the present
time and violations of freedoms that are accepted as standard in international
institutions, rules and laws that all nations are signatories to.
This underlines the critical aspect of protecting the rights of all human beings as 100%
equal men and women, with equal moral and ethical obligations toward each other as
equal partners in family affairs. This in conformity with conducts and civility with equal
access to justice, and without any bias and prejudice to against others. Unfortunately,
women and the weak under Islam and living in repressive regimes, Islamic dictators
and others supported by global powers have severely undermined fundamental
human rights of the underrepresented, mainly women, and are exporting their
inhumane Beduine and barbaric ancient Arab cultures into Africa.
ISRACA is not about an effort to change how others want to live, especially in Arabia.
Nor is this an effort to waste time and resources to debate and correct what Wahabi
Islamists think of themselves. ISRACA is about – in a “Practical” manner and way open
and provide opportunities for the victims of Islamic Sharia and potential targets of
Islamic Sharia to reject it and pursue their full rights and full potential as human
beings.
ISRACA does not engage in debates against Islam, and rhetoric discussions about
Moslems . It is about challenging Islamic Sharia by way of addressing it's
incompetence , by empowering it's victims to reject it and educate others in abolishing
it.
In a practical manner, ISRACA will engage physical projects, programs and advocate
policies that will empower the most vulnerable sector of oppressed society under
Islam. The women, the children and minority non-moslems among Islamic nations of
Africa.
From the strategic point of view, ISRACA will engage in the following ten focus areas
